Alice R. (Hayes) Terrill 97, of Beverly Healthcare-The Hermitage, 383 Mill St. died Thursday (Dec.12) at home after an illness.

Her husband Edward A. Terrill died in 1984. She leaves a son, Edward R. Terrill of Worcester, two sisters, Sister Mary Robert of the Sisters of Providence in Holyoke and Winifred Hayes of Worcester, 10 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. A daughter Mary R. Ganley of Auburn died in 1989. She was born in East Bridgewater, daughter of John and Mary (Mills) Hayes.

She was a Clerk and at Reed and Prince Company for many years, retiring several years ago.

She was a member of Saint Peter's Church.

A Funeral will be held Monday (Dec.16) from Fay Brothers Funeral Home 9 Hammond St. (www.faybrothers.com) with a Mass at 10 a.m. in Saint Peter's Church 931 Main St. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery. Calling Hours are Sunday (Dec.15) from 2 to 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
