Alla Genya Fater

WORCESTER - Alla "Genya" (Taub) Fater, 87, passed away on Saturday, October 3rd. She leaves her husband of 66 years, Yefim Fater; two sons, Gregory Fater and his wife Larisa and Alex Fater and his wife Natalya all of Worcester; granddaughter Susanna Gregorzek and her husband Michael, grandson Michael Fater and his wife Erin, granddaughters Michelle and Victoria and three great grandchildren - Adin, Colin, Caleb, nieces and nephews.

Alla was born in Odessa, Ukraine the daughter of Benjamin and Shlima (Shtudiner) Taub. She worked as a cook at Clark University before retiring. Alla enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family and friends.

Alla's funeral service will be held Wednesday, October 7th at 11:00 am at the CALLAHAN, FAY & CASWELL FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St. followed by burial in B'Nai B'Brith Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Worcester Health Center, 25 Oriol Drive, Worcester, MA 01605
