Alvaro Lizarralde

WORCESTER- Alvaro Lizarralde, 74, passed away suddenly on July 1, 2023 after being stricken ill at home.  

He was born in Bogota, Colombia on June 27, 1949 a son of the late Raymundo Alfonso Lizarralde and Maria Julia Castro Lizarralde, husband to the late Luz Marina Lizarralde. Alvaro was raised and educated in Colombia before immigrating to the United States. He was employed for many years at the Bose Corporation before retirement.  Alvaro was a great family man, friend who dedicated his life to helping others.

He leaves behind his brother, Guillermo Lizarralde and his wife, Trina of Colombia; three nieces, Monica Lizarralde, Viviana Lizarralde and Joanna Lizarralde as well as his cousins and many who loved him.    

Funeral services will be held privately. Arrangements are in the care of the Callahan, Fay & Caswell Life Celebration Home, 61 Myrtle St., Worcester.
