Amanda Louise Duguay, a beloved individual known for her quick wit and infectious laughter, passed away from unexpected health issues on April 30, 2024, at her own home. She was born on May 21, 1986, in Worcester, and her departure has left a profound void in the hearts of those who knew her.
Amanda was a graduate of West Boylston High School and pursued a career in retail industry. Her ability to deliver a good comeback line that left everyone laughing endeared her to countless friends and colleagues. Outside of work, Amanda found joy in various hobbies such as camping trips, fishing, cooking, and spending time at the beach.
Among Amanda's proudest accomplishments was the love she had for children and family - elements that held immeasurable importance in her life. She will be remembered for her unwavering dedication to her loved ones and the kindness she showed to all who crossed her path.
Amanda is survived by her cherished children Tagyen and Silas Vigeant of Sturbridge, and Madison Wood of East Brookfield, mother Donna (Cusson) Bucciaglia and husband Joseph of West Boylston; brother Daniel Duguay of West Boylston; step-brother Joseph Bucciaglia of Clinton; father Richard Duguay and wife Kesia (Ribero) of West Boylston; many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and great cousins. She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents Robert and Louise Cusson and paternal grandparents Richard and Ellie Duguay of Auburn.
In honoring Amanda's memory, let us celebrate the warmth she brought into our lives and the laughter that will continue to echo in our hearts. May she rest in peace knowing she was cherished by many.
