Andrew D.E. Violette

WORCESTER-Andrew D.E. Violette, 43, passed away Monday, February 19 in St. Vincent Hospital.

He leaves his father, Daniel E. Violette of Webster; two brothers, John E. Violette and his wife, Melissa of Spencer and Michael J.P. Violette of Webster; several aunts, uncles, cousins and his cat, Magic. He was born in Worcester, son of the late Bonnie R. (Lafayette) Violette and graduated from Worcester Vocational High School.

Andrew worked first as an auto mechanic and later as a technician for Quaboag Rubber before retiring due to illness. He was a member of Emanuel Lutheran Church and the Hayden Lodge of Masons A.F. and A.M. Andrew also enjoyed playing video games and in his younger years, enjoyed snow skiing, water skiing and spending summers at his family’s lake house.

A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, February 28 at 10am in Emanuel Lutheran Church, 200 Greenwood St. Burial will follow in All Faith Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to National MS Society at www.nationalmssociety.org
