Angelina Flores Cruz

Worcester: Angelina Flores Cruz, 71, died on February 4, 2024, in her home after an illness.

  She leaves her husband Cesar Matias, Sr., three sons; Cesar Matias, Jr. of Worcester, Javier Matias and his wife Isabel of Worcester and Alejandro Matias and his wife Nancy of Worcester, a daughter Maritza Ramos of Worcester, her mother Juana Cruz of Puerto Rico, five grandchildren; Anderson, Anthony, Saisha, Giovanni & Zuriel, five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

   Angelina was born in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico one of sixteen children, the daughter of the late Angel Flores.  She enjoyed going to church and was a member of the First Rock of the Salvation Pentecostal Church.  She loved cooking for her family, gardening, and the color red.  She was happiest when spending time with her beloved family.

   A visitation will be held on Monday, February 19 from 4:00-7:00 PM in Callahan, Fay & Caswell Life Celebration Home, 61 Myrtle Street, Worcester.  A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 20 at 10:00 AM in the First Church Pentecostal Rock of Salvation, 595 Southbridge Street, Worcester.  Burial will follow in Hope Cemetery, Worcester.
