WEST BOYLSTON
Angelo A. Ferrandino, 94, a life long resident of West Boylston, passed away, March 6. He leaves a brother, Frank Ferrandino of West Boylston; many nieces and nephews; grand nieces and grand nephews; great grand nieces and great grand nephews. Three brothers, Anthony, Michael and Patsy and two sisters, Catherine and Mary Anthony, predeceased him. He was born in Worcester, son of Matthew and Maria (Totaro) Ferrandino and graduated from the former Major Edwards High School and Worcester Boys Trade School. He was a Navy Veteran of WWII serving on the USS Tulagi.
Angelo was a licensed electrician at the former Wyman Gordons and the Worcester Belmont Home. He was a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church and the Veterans of Foreign War %236907.
The funeral will be held Sat., March 10, from FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 1 W. Boylston St. with a Mass at 11 AM in Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 111 Worcester St. Burial will be in Mt. Vernon Cemetery. Visiting Hours will be Friday, March 9, from 6 to 8 PM and Saturday, March 10, from 9:30 to 10:30 AM in the funeral home. The Veterans of Foreign War will perform their ritual at 7:30 PM on Friday, March 9, in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 111 Worcester, W. Boylston, 01583 or to Problem Pregnacy of Worcester, 625 Lincoln St., Worcester, 01605.
