WORCESTER-Ann Marie (Prendiville) Krafve, 52, of 10 Park View Dr., died Saturday, March 27th, at home with her family beside her after a valiant battle with ovarian cancer. She leaves her devoted husband of 22 years, Robert H. Krafve, who cared for her tirelessly during her illness; a beloved daughter, Alyssa Ann Drake of Oxford; three cherished grandchildren, Siobhan Ann Comeau, Brianna Lynn Drake and Timothy J. W. Drake all of Oxford; a loving brother, William J. Prendiville of Millbury; and two loving sisters, Mary Ann Hackett of Charlottesville, Va. and Kathleen Pierce of Northboro. She also leaves a close friend and two sisters-in-law, Joanne Krafve of Worcester and Ann Rocheford; two stepsons, Raymond F. Krafve of Worcester and Robert H. Krafve of Arizona; 10 step-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was born in Worcester on Feb. 8, 1952, daughter of the late William J. and Kathleen (Murphy) Prendiville and grew up in Millbury. She attended Millbury grammar schools and graduated from St. Stephen's High School in Worcester. Mrs. Krafve lived in Worcester for 33 years and was employed at Allmerica Financial in Worcester for 25 years. She was a lifelong member of St. Catherine of Sweden parish in Worcester.

Ann was a beloved and vital member of her large extended family and will be dearly missed by all. Among her pleasures in life were her dogs, long walks, workouts at the gym, Danielle Steele novels, trips to Foxwoods Casino and rooting for the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots.

The funeral will be Tuesday, March 30th, from LINDQUIST LUNDIN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Butler St. with a Mass at 10:00 a.m. in St. Catherine of Sweden Church, 1 Wiser Ave. Burial will be at Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours will be Monday, March 29th, from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
