Anna E. Carraher Parker

February 6, 1917 — March 9, 2010

WORCESTER-Anna E. (Perron) Carraher Parker, 93, passed away Tuesday, March 9.

She was predeceased by two wonderful husbands, her first husband, Richard T Carraher and her second husband, Russell Parker. She leaves her daughter, Beverly A. Johnson and her husband Skip of Worcester; her son-in-law, Dennis Hisoire of Green Cove Springs, FL; four grandchildren, Mark Johnson and his wife, Jen and Richard Johnson and his wife, Shannon, Richard Hisoire and Sharon Lourcey and her husband, Jeffrey; eight great-grandchildren and the Parker family stepchildren. She was predeceased by her beloved daughter, Patricia Hisoire, her grandson, Dennis Hisoire, Jr. and four brothers.

She was born in Webster the daughter of Eben and Victoria (Wilga) Perron. Mrs. Parker worked at Worcester Pressed Aluminum for many years before retiring. She enjoyed her life at Glen Echo Lake in Charlton, where her house was always filled with her daughters and their friends, grandchildren and their friends, plenty of good food, munchies and a lot of love. She also enjoyed winters in Naples and Green Cove Springs, FL.

The family would like to thank Summit Elder Care and Knollwood Nursing Home for the love and exceptional care given to Anna.

A visiting hour will be held on Friday, March 12 from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St. with a Mass to follow at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of the Angels Church, 1222 Main St. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Summit Elder Care, 277 E.
