Anthony P. "Tony" Arraje

SHREWSBURY: Anthony P. “Tony” Arraje, 74, of Shrewsbury, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 10, 2026, surrounded by his family.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Lynda A. (DeLuca) Arraje; their son, Jason P. Arraje; his siblings, Michael Arraje and his wife Kim, Nick Arraje and his wife Victoria, Linda Desrosiers, and her husband Mick; and four grandchildren, Ginna, Aubree, JJ and Lilli, who affectionately called him "Jido." He was predeceased by his sister, Rosemarie Garabedian

Born in Los Angeles, California, and raised in Worcester, Tony was the son of the late Philip and Angelina (Guarino) Arraje. He worked as a foreman at Aggregate Paving Co., for many years. An avid golfer, Tony was a member of Wachusett Country Club. He loved going on trips, especially to Disney World, and enjoyed scenic car rides. Known for his ability to fix anything. Tony will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, and as a hardworking man who could fix anything and was always eager to help others.

Calling Hours will be held from 4 until 6PM, with a Funeral Service at 6PM, on Wednesday, September 23, in the Callahan Fay & Caswell Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle St., Worcester. Burial will be private.
