WORCESTER-Armando Baez, Jr., 29, of Worcester passed away Friday, February 4. He leaves three daughters, Elyzabeth Baez, Rachel Baez and Zanelly Baez; his mother, Daisy (Vega) Baez of Worcester; his father, Armando Baez, Sr., of Worcester, residing in Tuscaloosa, AL; his sister, Natalie Baez of Worcester; his girlfriend, Sierra MacDonald of Worcester; his maternal grandmother, Nereida Rodriguez of Worcester his paternal grandmother, Juana Clemente of Worcester. His grandfathers predeceased him. He was born in Worcester and graduated from University Park Campus High School.
Armando worked as a prep-cook at Spoodles Restaurant in Worcester. He enjoyed watching basketball and rooting for Lebron James. He loved collecting fitted sports hats, playing Xbox and dancing.
Visiting Hours will be held Saturday, February 12 from Noon to 3pm at Callahan Fay Caswell Life Celebration Home, 61 Myrtle Street. Family and friend are being asked to wear Armando's favorite colors red and black, along with a fitted hat, Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, please say a prayer for Armando's family as they struggle and try to heal with his passing at such a young age. Also a fund has been set up to support his children as they grow up.
