Arthur J. Goulet Jr. 52 (A.K.A. AJ, Superman Artie)
Worcester- Arthur J Goulet Jr. passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday January 25, 2022. At Mass General Hospital in Boston. Artie was predeceased by his maternal grandparents. Glen Kelsey Sr 1989. His wife Dorothy (Dodge) Kelsey 2000 of N. Uxbridge. His uncle mark Kelsey of RI. Paternal grandparents Amede Goulet 1999 and his wife Ruth (Raciot) Goulet 2008 of N. Uxbridge. Uncle Allen Goulet of TN. Father in law John McCauliff 1995. His wife Dorothy R (Farnon) McCauliff 2018 of Worcester. Brother in law Tom McCauliff of Worcester, and Franks Ghizzi of Worcester.
Artie is survived by his beautiful wife of 20yrs. Mary L ( McCauliff) Goulet. They had no children, but they both loved and cherished their 8yr old cat "Smokey" Arthur is survived by his mother Cheryl (Kelsey) Goulet and his father Arthur Goulet Sr. Of Worcester. Aunts Gwen Kelsey of Auburn, Susan (Kelsey) her husband Tad Waitorwicz His uncles, Glen Kelsey Jr. and his wife Beverly of Uxbridge. Bob Goulet of Worcester. Cousins PJ (side kick, Best friend), wife Melissa Bishop, Neil Chauvin and his wife Linda of Auburn. 2nd cousins, Ty and Brett Chauvin of Auburn. Constance and Sabrina Kelsey of Worcester. Sister and Brother-in-laws. Patricia (McCauliff) GIrard and her husband Raymond of Brookfield, Margaret (McCauliff)Butler and her husband Leo of NC, Barbara (McCauliff) Ghizzi of Worcester and Stephen J. McCauliff of FL. Many nieces and Nephews he loved so dearly. Artie resided with nephew Shawn and his wife Monique (Laperle)GIrard of Worcester. Where they were loved and cared for.
Artie was born in Milford Ma. 1969. He loved life and people around him. Artie always had a smile on his face. He graduated from South high school. In 2003 he married the love of his life Mary. Artie went to camp,karate. He worked at the Marriott, Indoli, lastly Pub99, 2009 he moved to VA with his wife and mother in law. 2012 moved back to Ma. Artie favorite past times; going to the movies, eating out, shopping, Pc games, playing pool, kicking butt in cards.
Where ever Artie was needed. He showed up with a smile. He shoved snow, swept walk ways, clean the church and made everyone feel welcomed and loved. Whatever needed to be done he would be right there doing it. Also volunteered at senior center for a few years.
Artie loved to go on vacation with his wife and family to Vermont, Cape Cod, Hampton Beach, and Disney world.
Artie was always involved in something. Zoom meetings and activities. Central Regional Workteam (advocacy), Martial Arts, Bible study, Bible bop, Central Community Grange, also loved to Bowl at Bogey lanes and Bedrockbowlers.
Artie attended Christ Baptist Church where he fullfilled many duties, cleaned and made sure everything in place. Artie was easy to make a friend. Artie truly loved his wife Mary. He also loved his family and friends including everyone on Facebook. Which was read daily to him. Thank you for the kind words, your support and prayers. A Celebration of Artie's life will be held Saturday, April 23rd from 2 until 7 PM at the Knight's of Columbus, 44 Circuit Avenue, Worcester.
