Astrid T.E. Carson

Astrid T.E. (Boquist) Carson, 92, of West Boylston died Fri., Feb.2.

Her husband George C. Carson died in 1985. She leaves two sons, Ronald C. Carson of West Boylston and George Bradford of San Leandro, CA; a brother, Kenneth Boquist of Sterling; a sister, Elsie Saltus of Florida; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Gustave and Edith (Thorn) Boquist and has lived in West Boylston since 1946. She was a charter member of Christ Lutheran Church and was active in the Salvation Army and the Scandinavian Athletic Club.

A funeral service will be held Sat., Feb. 24, at 10 AM in FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 1 W. Boylston St. Burial will be in Mt. Vernon Cemetery. Visiting Hours are Friday, Feb.23, from 5 to 7 PM at the funeral home
