Basiliza Zayas, 91 of Worcester died Wed., Oct. 22. Her husband Felix Velez Lopez, predeceased her. She leaves six children, Teodoro Velez, Reynaldo Velez, Galo Velez, Eduardo Velazquez, Juanita Velez and Aida Luz Velez; two sisters-in-laws, Flavia Velez and Lucila Velez; 35 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. She was born in Aibonito, Puerto Rico.
A Funeral Mass will be held Fri., Oct. 24 at 6 PM in St. Joan of Arc Church, 570 Lincoln St. A visiting hour will be held from 5 PM until the time of the Mass in the church.
