Bernice M. (Ulfves) LeBlanc, 77, of 13 Horseshoe Drive died Tuesday, Feb. 7 at St. Vincent Hospital.

Her husband, Omer A. LeBlanc died in 1984. She leaves three sons, Omer G. LeBlanc of Worcester, Stephen H. Fors of CoCo Beach, FL, David A LeBlanc. and his wife Donna with whom she lived with in Auburn; four daughters, Donna L. and her husband Walter Tozeski of Shrewsbury, Maureen A. and her husband Paul Welcome of Auburn, Marie E. and her husband Mark Henkel of Old Orchard Beach, ME and Darlene M. and her husband Henry Kurtyka of West Palm Bay, FL; a daughter-in-law, Claudette LeBlanc of Leicester; a brother, Everett Ulfves of Bridgewater; two sisters, Evelyn E. and her husband Ray Wallman of Worcester and Alice and her husband Jim Belcastro of Worcester; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A son, Gary J. LeBlanc predeceased her.

She was born in Worcester the daughter of Harry I and Ellen (Oman) Ulfves and graduated from Worcester Girls Trade School. Bernice worked as a seamstress in the area before retiring. She was a Past President of the Woman’s Auxiliary South Works Post #3657. Bernice will be missed by all the people she touched in her life.

The funeral service will be Friday, February 10 at 11:00 AM in LINDQUIST LUNDIN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Butler St., Worcester. Burial will follow in All Faiths Cemetery, Worcester. A visiting period will be held on the morning of the funeral from 9:30 to 11:00 AM. The family requests that flowers are omitted and contributions in her name are made to the American Lung Association, 61 Broadway, New York, New York 10006.
