Bertha J. (Maki) Stromholm 86, of 507 Main St. died Tuesday, June 22, at home after an illness.

Her husband Waino Leander Stromholm predeceased her. She leaves a nephew, Basil Richards of Worcester and many great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. She was born in Worcester, daughter of John A. and Matilda S. (Vierijarvi) Maki. She graduated from Commerce High School, Worcester Junior College and Clark University.

Mrs. Stromholm was a purchasing agent for Worcester Pressed Steel for 38 years, retiring in 1973.

She was a member of Belmont Street Baptist Church.

The Funeral Service will be held Friday, June 25, at 11 a.m. in LINDQUIST LUNDIN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Butler St. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery. A Calling Hour be held Friday, June 25, from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
