Beverly J. (Wade) Baker 71 of Boylston Ave. died Thursday (April 25) in the Keystone Center Leominster, after an illness.

Her husband James M. Baker died in 1976. She leaves a son, David A. Baker and his wife Michele K. Baker of Fort Worth, TX, two daughters, Carol J. Poladian and her husband Gregory A. Poladian of Lunenburg and Janet L. Connors and her husband Philip M. Connors of Princeton., a sister, Dottie Pomfret and her husband Bill Pomfret of San Diego, CA, six grandchildren, and several nephews and nieces. She was born in Providence daughter of Ervin and Elizabeth (Brearley) Wade. She graduated from East Providence High School.

She grew up in East Providence and lived many years in West Boylston and three years in Princeton.

She worked at the Hanover Insurance Company for many years before retiring. Following retirement she was a Nanny for several years.

She was a member of the First Congregational Church in West Boylston and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. at the First Congregational Church 26 Central St. West Boylston. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to The First Congregational Church Memorial Fund 26 Central St. West Boylston 01583.
