Beverly J. Miller

SOUTH BARRE-Beverly J. (Dunakin) Miller, 59, passed away at home after a long battle with cancer, surrounded by her family.

She leaves her husband of 23 years, John H. Miller; her son, Thomas G. Shamgochian of Barre; three daughters, Melissa L. Shamgochian of Worcester, Jenette Marchand Scott of Worcester and Sheryl Marchand Tom of Barre. She also leaves two brothers, Raymond Dunakin of Shreeport, LA and Robert Dunakin of Billerica; three sisters, Carol O'Malley of Cambridge, Nancy Drolette of Woburn and Shirley Tremblay of Arlington; four grandchildren, Angela Tom, Raymond Tom, Chantel Tom and Hannah Shamgochian nieces and nephews. A son, Philip C. Marchand, predeceased her.She was born in Cambridge the daughter of Raymond and Marie F. (Gatreau) Dunakin
Beverly worked as a bartender at the Tara Pub on Green St. in Worcester.


The funeral will be Saturday, November 10 from CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St., Worcester. Wirth a Mass at 9:30 AM at St. Paul's Cathedral, 15 Chatham St., Worcester. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery, Worcester. Visiting hours will be Friday, November 9 from 5:00 until 8:00 PM in the funeral home.
