Charlotte B. Monson

HAMPTON, VA- Charlotte B. (Dolan) Monson, 66, formerly of Pineland Ave., Worcester, MA, died Mon., April 9 in Hampton, VA. She leaves a son, Brian K. Monson of Norfolk, VA, a daughter, Christine D. Lawson of Jeffersonville, VT, her step-father, Harold E. Johnson of Worcester, seven grandchildren, Brian, Donald, William and Michael Monson in Virginia and Callie, Ben and Emma Lawson in Vermont, a good friend, Mike Shutty of Hampton, VA, several loving aunts, uncles and cousins. A grandson Keith Cosgrove died in 1993. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Richard Dolan and Gertrude (Grundstrom) Johnson. Charlotte owned and operated Suburban News Book and Magazine Store in Virginia for many years.

The funeral service will be held on Monday, April 16 at 10 AM in LINDQUIST LUNDIN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Butler St., Worc. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton. There are no calling hours. For directions and online condolence book please visit www.lindquistlundin.com
