Gilbertville - Craig F. Pizzotti, 57, passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2025.

He leaves his wife of 6 years, Ashlee Pizzotti; four children, Andrea Pizzotti of Spencer, Anthony Pizzotti of Spencer, Ja’Mauri Haywood of Gilbertville and Sarai Zhindon of Gilbertville; his grandson, Armani Haywood and Armani’s mother, Nayliani Brooks of Oxford; his former wife, Jennifer Nemirow of Cranston, RI; his father, Vincent Pizzotti and his wife, Ellen of West Boylston; six siblings, Keith Pizzotti of Worcester, Tara Novia and her husband, Michael of Worcester, Cory Mayne and his wife, Megan of Mashpee, Patricia Field and her husband, Jim of West Boylston, Kelly Moniz and her husband, George of Saunderstown, RI and Tracy Mattison and her husband, John of West Boylston, as well as many nieces and nephews. He predeceased by his mother, Kathryn (Murphy) Mayne and her husband Luke Mayne. Craig graduated from Worcester Vocational High School and was a painter by trade.

Craig loved his family unconditionally and would do anything for the people he cared about. His generosity and kindness touched countless lives. He did everything in his power to attend as many school functions and baseball games as he could, always cheering on the people he loved through their greatest accomplishments. Known affectionately to most as “Goon,” Craig’s willingness to defend the people he loved was widely known and appreciated. In his free time, Craig enjoyed playing disc golf with friends and was part of a local pool league, where he won first place as captain last year alongside his son, Anthony. Craig coached baseball for Ty Cobb Little League and Southside Babe Ruth for 30+ years. Craig loved anything fun and fast, including racing mini-bikes and Barbie Jeeps, snowmobiling, and riding his Harley-Davidson. His vibrant personality, long-winded stories, and unwavering devotion to the ones he loved will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who were lucky enough to know him.

Visiting Hours are Tuesday, July 8th from 4-7pm at Callahan Fay Caswell Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle St. Worcester, MA. Funeral will be private. Details for Craig’s celebration of life will be shared at a later date.
