Boston-David B. Anderson, 71, formerly of Worcester died Monday, March 28.
David grew up in the Columbus Park section of Worcester. He graduated from South High School and received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Rhode Island School of Design in 1969 and a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1972. He worked in interior restoration for many years in Boston.
He leaves his brother, G. Clifford and his wife, Mary Ellen Anderson of Worcester; a sister, Barbara and her husband, Richard Volker of Ludlow; several nephews; grand nieces and nephews; his dear friends, David Ferrari of Boston, Jack and Carol Lillis of Albion, CA, David Carter of Arizona and Nina Weyl of Amherst. He was predeceased by his niece, Karyn Kernan. He was born in Worcester, son of the late, George A. and Genevieve G. (Dusak) Anderson.
A Visiting Hour will be held Saturday, April 2 from 9:30 to 10:30am in CALLAHAN~FAY~CASWELL Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle St. with a Funeral Mass to follow at 11am in Saint Andrew the Apostle Church, 5 Spaulding St. Burial will be private in Saint John's Cemetery.
