David J. McClure

David J. McClure, 58, of Worcester passed away peacefully following a short illness on Saturday, July 21.
He was born on January 12, 1960 in Worcester, where he lived all his life. He is predeceased by his father, Clayton McClure of East Brookfield, his mother, Shirley (Ahigian) McClure of Worcester, his sister, Debra McClure who passed away December 24, 1975 and her twin sister, Donna LaJoie who passed away February 10, 2017. David leaves a special "Auntie", Sylvia Lukska of Sterling, an uncle, George Ahigian and his wife, Frieda of Las Vegas, NV as well as cousins and friends.
David attended Worcester Public Schools and currently worked as a security guard. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force, where he was stationed in Fort Polk, VA. He loved all sports, but his favorite team was the Boston Red Sox. He also loved all kinds of music, especially Rock and Roll and reading. David was a kind and gentle soul. He gave from the heart and expected nothing in return. He will be sadly missed.
Visiting Hours are Wednesday, August 1 from 5:00 to 7:00pm with a Prayer Service at 7:00pm in Fay Brothers Funeral Home, 1 West Boylston Street, West Boylston. Burial will be private in Saint John's Cemetery.
