David J. Odgren

CHARLTON-David J. Odgren, 73, passed away Saturday, February 10 in the Webster Manor Nursing Center.

He leaves his wife of 52 years, Stella H. (Bergeron) Odgren; two sons, David H. Odgren and his wife, Jennifer of Oxford and Gordon R. Odgren and his partner, Marie Riley of Auburn; four grandchildren, Benjamin, Caitlin, Julieanne and Adam and a great-granddaughter, Maddie. He was born in Worcester, son of Holger W. and Kathleen S. (MacLean) Odgren.

David was an oil burner technician for Noar's Oil Company for 27 years, before retiring. David loved spending time on Prince Edward's Island, Canada. He also enjoyed making stained glass and flying small engine airplanes.

A Private Graveside Service will be held in Hillside Cemetery, Auburn. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association at www.lung.org Arrangements in the care of Lindquist Lundin Funeral Home, 36 Butler Street, Worcester.
