WORCESTER- David J. Siren, Jr., 25 of 5 Earle St., died unexpectedly Saturday, April 28. He leaves his parents, Paul and Cynthia A. (Glavin) Cesaitis, a sister, Jennifer L. Cesaitis, two brothers, Daniel R. and Stephen J. Cesaitis, all with whom he lived, his grandmother, Carol H. (McKinstry) Glavin of Worcester, his grandfather, Daniel J. Morrissey of Worcester, many aunts, uncles and cousins. He also leaves David J. Siren, Sr.

He was born in Worcester, graduated from South High School where he had been inducted into the honor society. He also attended Clark University and Suffolk University where he was on the Deans list. David was currently working at Fallon Community Health Care. He was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Church and an active member of the AA-NA fellowship. David enjoyed spending weekends and holidays with his family and friends. He loved music, was an avid reader and wrote poetry.

The funeral will be held on Wednesday, May 2, from CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St., with a Mass at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of Fatima Church, 43 Belmont St. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery. Calling Hours are Tuesday, May 1 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Crozier House, 10 Hammond St., Worc., MA 01609.
