STOW-David J. Sullivan, Jr., 73, currently of Stow and formerly of Holliston, passed away after being stricken ill at home, on Monday, August 8, 2016 after a long battle with cancer. He was born in Webster, MA to David and Mary (Sheridan) Sullivan.
David is survived by his wife of 49 years, Judith A. (Wahlstrom) Sullivan, two sons, Timothy of Boston and David and his wife Donna of Westford and a daughter, Wendy of Coral Springs, Florida. He also leaves two fun and loving grandchildren, Jack and Dominic Sullivan, with whom he loved to fish and a brother, Attorney Kevin Sullivan of Webster.
David graduated from St. Louis High School in Webster and attended St. Francis College and Boston College. He was a sales representative for many years for Smith Corona and Adler Royal. He was also the owner of American Waste Brokers. David served in the Army National Guard. He was an avid golfer having belonged to Framingham Country Club and Wedgewood Pines in Stow. David closely followed all of the Boston sports teams.
Visiting hours will be held Thursday, August 11 from 4:00 until 7:00 pm at LINDQUIST LUNDIN Funeral Home, 36 Butler Street, Worcester. Burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, donations in David's memory may be made to the Epilepsy Foundation of New England, 335 Main Street, Wilmington, MA 01887.
