WORCESTER- Deborah Ann (Haynes) Buniowski, 62, passed away peacefully on December 8, 2020 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Worcester on September 8, 1958 a daughter of the late James and Lucy (Johnson) Haynes. She attended local schools and graduated from South High School. She later attended Quinsigamond Community College where she studied Phlebotomy.
Deborah worked for many years at The Webster House and later from Quest Laboratory before settling in at US Laboratory where she worked for 17 years until her retirement. Her love for dancing and trying her luck at the casino earned her the nicknames of "Jackpot Deb" and "Dancing Deb" from her children who will miss her deeply.
Deborah was predeceased by her husband, Edward J. Buniowski who passed in 1996. She leaves behind her son, Edward J. Buniowski and Mykka Levia of Charlton and a daughter, Amy M. Melendez and her husband, Julio of Worcester; six grandchildren, Jalysa, Gianni and Lorenzo Melendez and Chase, Jacoby and Boston Bunioswki, all of Charlton; four siblings, James Haynes, Michael Haynes, David Haynes and Ann-Marie LeBoeuf and her husband, John. She also leaves many extended family members and friends as well as her beloved cats, Imagine and Chubby.
Deborah will always be remembered for her favorite saying, "Imagine".

At her request, there will be no public funeral services. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements are in the care of the Callahan, Fay & Caswell Life Celebration Home, 61 Myrtle St., Worcester. Deborah's family wishes to give a special thank you to the staff of Summit Elder Care for their exceptional care and kindness.
