Diana l. Ramos

Diana Ivonne Ramos, 36, born on January 08, 1989, was sent to her eternal home on the morning of November 29, 2025 after a 4 year courageous battle with Appendix Cancer.

Diana is survived by her mother, Ana Guerrero, her husband Marcelino Ramos, and her daughters Solé Ramos and Blys Ramos. She also leaves behind many siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, neices, nephews and friends who became family, who adored her dearly. She was predeceased by her daughter, Anaya J. Rivera in 2009.

After her graduation from Burncoat High School, Diana pursued her dream of becoming a Registered Nurse for many years. Although she was unable to finish her degree due to her illness, she was given an Honorary Nursing Degree by Quinsigamond Community College before her passing.

Throughout her cancer journey, Diana displayed incredible courage and unwavering hope. She fought with determination and grace, inspiring everyone who knew her.

Diana was a shining light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her. She enjoyed traveling the world, cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles, various outdoor activities, watching Friends and the Harry Potter series and most importantly spending time with her husband, daughters and family and friends. We ask that you remember her not for the way her life ended, but for the way it was lived, and for the profound impact she had on the lives of those who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Although Diana’s physical presence may no longer grace our lives, her spirit will continue to inspire and uplift us. May her memory be a blessing, and may we carry forth her legacy of love and compassion in all that we do.

A celebration of Diana’s life will be conducted at Callahan, Fay & Caswell Life Celebration Home, 61 Myrtle Street, Worcester from 04:00-07:00 pm on Saturday, December 6, 2025.  Visitors are asked to wear purple in her honor 💜.  In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to: https://gofund.me/e5dff18c4.
