Donald "Frenchy" C. Boucher, 64, of 70 Southbridge St. died Sunday, June 11, in UMASS Medical Center, after a long illness, surrounded by his family.
He leaves a son, Christopher Boucher and his wife Kelly of Oxford; two daughters, Chelli Boucher Tennis and her husband Kerry of Nottingham, NH and Roseanna Concepcion of Worcester; two step-daughters, Michele Paradis and Pamela Paradis both of Worcester; a brother Richard Boucher and his wife Christine of Marlton, NJ; two sisters, Frances LaClaire of Worcester and Joan Beaudette and her husband Arthur of Charlton, twelve grandchildren and nieces and nephews. He also leaves his friends, Donna Faber, Louie Caplan, Francesco Rivara and April O'Brien. He was born in Worcester, son of Homer A. and Margaret F. (Lapan) Boucher and graduated from St. Peter's High School and served in the US Army during the Vietnam War.
Donald was a real estate investor in Worcester for many years. He enjoyed photography, painting and traveling and will be sadly missed by all.
The funeral will be held Friday, June 16, from Callahan and Fay Brothers Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle St. with a Mass at 9:30am in Notre Dame Church at the Worcester Common. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery. Visiting hours are Thursday, June 15, from 6 to 8pm at the funeral home.
