Doris Oduro

Doris Oduro, 65 years of age, passed away on Saturday, June 21, 2025, in UMass Memorial Hospital – University Campus in Worcester, MA.

Doris was born in Anyinam, Ghana to the late Opanin Kwadwo Sefa and Obaapanyin Margaret Sefa fondly known as Auntie Bee.

Doris professed her life to Jesus Christ at an early age. She loved attending church services and enjoyed praying for her friends, family and anyone she met. She was a staunch member of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana in Worcester, MA. Doris enjoyed spending time with family, laughing and always wearing a smile on her face. She was a loving and caring person, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, always thinking of Christ and others first.

Doris is survived by her husband, Jerly Oduro; her children, grandchildren, and a host of cousins, siblings, nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 11th, 2025 beginning at 9am at the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, 5 chestnut Street, Worcester, MA. Burial will follow at All Faith's Cemetery, 9 Island Road, Worcester, MA.
