Dorothy A. Balsavich

Dorothy A. (Finnegan) Balsavich, 81, of Worcester died Mon. July 2.

Her husband, Bronislaw Balsavich predeceased her. She leaves three children, Cynthia F. and her husband Michael Allard and Steven T. Balsavich both of Worcester and Ronald Ernst of Arizona; ten grandchildren, six great grandchildren; a brother, William Finnegan of Maine and nieces and nephews. Five children, Michael, Leo "Frank", Bernard, Arlene M. and Valerie E. predeceased her. Three sisters, Mildred, Bertha and Eleanor predeceased her. She was born in Worcester, daughter of John and Elfreda (Favreaux) Finnegan. Dorothy worked in food service at Clark University. She was a member of St. Andrew the Apostle-St. Peter's Church.

The funeral will be held Sat., July 7, from Callahan & Fay Brothers Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle St. with a Mass at 10 AM in St. Peter's Church, 931 Main St. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. Visiting Hours are Fri., July 6, from 5 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
