Worcester – Dorothy A. McNamara, 88, of Worcester passed away Thursday, June 14 in Holy Trinity Nursing Center.
She leaves a nephew John S. McNamara and a niece, Patricia McNamara. A sister, Grace W. McNamara predeceased her. She was born in Worcester, daughter of John T. and Grace (Loughlin) McNamara and graduated from Saint Stephen's High School.
Dorothy was a secretary for the City of Worcester Water Department, prior to that she worked at Travelers Insurance. She was a lifelong member of Saint Stephen's Church.
A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, June 20 at 11:00AM in Saint Stephen's Church, 357 Grafton Street. Burial will follow in Saint John's Cemetery. There are no visiting hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Saint Stephen's Church. Arrangements in the care of CALLAHAN~FAY~CASWELL Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle Street.
