WORCESTER- Dyanara Torres, 47, passed away on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at UMass Medical Center.
She was born in Bronx, New York on February 20, 1974 a daughter of Maria Diaz and Herman Torres. She was raised and educated in New York having graduated from John Browne High School before relocating to Worcester in 2001.
Dyanara was an extremely hardworking woman and worked as a CNA with Century Home Health Care and Home Staff for many years. She also worked for Columbia Tech where she manufactured medical equipment. Her family meant the most to her and she cherished time spent with her children and grandchildren on holidays, her favorites being Christmas and New Year's.
She leaves behind her husband, Luis Serrano of Worcester; five children, Kiara, Ricardo, Vicky, Nathaniel and Natalie; three grandchildren, many god children; four sisters; several nieces, nephews extended family members and friends.
Family and friends will gather to celebrate Dyanara's life on Sunday, December 12th from 1:00pm until 3:00pm at the Callahan, Fay & Caswell Life Celebration Home, 61 Myrtle St., Worcester.
