Elaine T. Mullen Sturgis, 43, of Webster passed away Thursday, March 15 after a long illness. She leaves a son, Jonathan C. Sturgis and daughter, Jennifer S. Hudson both of Worcester, a brother, Timothy Mullen Sawyer of Rutland, two sisters, Judene A. Mullen-O'Connell of Rutland and Sherry Gidney of Shrewsbury, two grandsons, Jonah and Joshua Hudson, several aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces. She was born in Worcester, daughter of John M. and Theresa (Remillard) Mullen and graduated from South High School. Elaine lived her life for her children and grandchildren and she was a devoted sister, aunt and friend. She was an avid gardener and loved the springtime.

Visiting hours for Elaine will be held on Wednesday, March 21 from 4:00 - 6:00 PM with a Memorial Service at 5:00 PM in CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St., Worcester. Burial will be private. For directions and online condolence book please visit www.callahanfay.com
