He was born in Worcester and graduated from the Worcester Technical High School. He was a counselor at the Department of Youth Services.
Emilio was a wonderful son, a loving brother, a good friend, and most importantly, the greatest Papi to his beautiful daughter who he adored. His favorite thing to do was spend time with his daughter and watch all the seasons of their favorite classic shows and cartoons, such as The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, The King of Queens, and Emily's favorite, Hey Arnold! He also liked taking his step-daughter, Jai, to their favorite restaurant, Pub 99. Emilio enjoyed his mother's annual Halloween parties, just as much as she did! He would never dance, and say the only move he knew how to do was "The Carlton Dance". He had a big hat collection; you would never see him without one.
Emilio had so much positivism and wisdom to share with everyone he came in contact with. He was the most selfless person you would ever know. Regardless of what he was going through, he always put everyone else's needs first and was always there to listen and lend a shoulder to cry on, if needed. We will always remember his outgoing personality, infectious laugh, thoughtfulness, and truly warm heart. Emilio has made a big impact in this world and will be greatly missed by all.
