WORCESTER- Emmanuel Bampo Addo, 69, passed away on August 13, 2019 at UMass Medical Center after a brief illness.
Mr. Addo was born on May 20, 1950 in Accra, Ghana. A son of the late Timothy Bampo Addo and Josephine (Oppong) Addo. For many years he worked at the Middlesex Savings Bank. He loved reading and watching soccer/football. He was interested in politics.
He leaves behind his wife, Joyce Asomani; his daughters, Carrie Timms of London and Kyeremaa Addo of Holden; sisters Emily Quaye and Dora Bampo both of New Jersey and niece Nana Oye Bampoe of Worcester.
Family and friends will gather to celebrate his life on Saturday, September 28th from 8:00 am until 10:00 am at the Callahan, Fay & Caswell Life Celebration Home, 61 Myrtle St., Worcester. Burial will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery in Worcester.
