Erika A. Rivera, 36, passed away unexpectedly on January 13, 2022.
She was born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico and came to Massachusetts when she was three years old. Erika grew up in Worcester where she lived with her mom. Erika left behind her parents, Olga Marrero and Enrique Rivera and her stepfather, Luis Zapata, her beautiful children, Denisha, Maryorie, Luis and Alexis; her husband, Carlos Hernandez, her siblings, Giovannie Rivera, Jessica Rivera and Nathaniel Rivera, her step sister, Diana Zapata, her nieces, Yiarallys Rivera, Destiny Centeno, Mia Nevarez, Jayliannie Rivera, Natalia Rivera, KEvelis Rivera, Dayanara Rivera and William Jose Angel, Luis Angel, Isaiah Rivera and Pedro Luis.
Erika was a very loving person. She loved to be next to her nephew William. He was her motivation of being with her. She loved her kids alot. She enjoyed walking at night with her mom and spending time together. Erika was a woman who faced many obstacles in life and she was the strongest person we ever had.
