Faith Landrine

1951 — 2025

Worcester

The Good Lord called Faith Landrine; our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and everyone’s BFF, to come home in the early morning of May 31, 2025. At the age of 74 and facing numerous health issues, she lived every day with joy and enthusiasm and continued to spread her love and kindness wherever she went.

Faith was born to the late John Albert Landrine and Sarah Alice Palmer Landrine on March 28, 1951 in Yonkers, N.Y. Faith graduated from Yonkers High School in 1969 and went on to study at Genesee Community College and Iona College before becoming a paralegal. Faith enjoyed paralegal work, yet she found that teaching the English language was where her heart was, and worked as an ESOL instructor for 19-years. Because of her genuine care and passion, Faith created special connections with many of her students.

Our dear Faith leaves behind three children; Sarah (Spouse Robert), Chris (Spouse Angela) and Rulisa (Spouse Leshawn) and seven grandchildren, Lexi, Tori, Audrey, Ana, Anthony, Prince, RasMakonnen, and one great-granddaughter, Faith. She is survived by her three siblings, Caryl, John and Nicklos-Craig.

Faith was the pillar of the family, but she was also the compassionate heart and soul of the family. She had such a special relationship with her children and grandchildren with whom she spoke with daily, as they were her whole world. To her granddaughters she was more than the cool and fun grandmother, she was their friend. They would talk or video-chat any time of the day or night. They could always count on her whether it was for lots of laughs, wise advice or just an ear to listen.

For the last twenty-years Faith lived a wonderful life in retirement in Worcester

Massachusetts where she was an active and dedicated member of Graceway Fellowship Church and always looked forward to her weekly Bible Study group. She loved cooking, playing Scrabble, Dominos, cards, entertaining friends and traveling to see her family.

In Worcester, Faith also leaves a void in the lives of a long list of additional friends who have come to love her. She brightened up every room she walked into. We will forever remember our beloved Faith and her contagious laugh, big heart and beautiful smile.

In remembrance of the beautiful life of Faith, we warmly invite you to share in a celebration of her journey.

Calling hours will be held from 10AM to 12PM, with a Celebration of Life service at 12PM on Saturday, June 7th, at Callahan, Fay & Caswell Life Celebration Home, 61 Mrytle Street, Worcester, MA. Burial will be private.
