Francis H. LaFleur, 73, of 12 Sunnyside Ave. died Monday (November 19) in St. Vincent Hospital at Worcester Medical Center after an illness. He leaves his wife of 47 years Mabel M. (Mulrain) LaFleur, three sons, Francis A. LaFleur and William F. LaFleur of Worcester and James F. LeFleur of Allenwoood, PA, three daughters, Jean Logan of Brookfield, Teresa M. Bartkus of Worcester, and Ann M. Patricks of Allenwood, PA, two brothers, Robert LaFleur of Worcester and Arthur LaFleur of Flagstaff, AZ, 16 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces.A Son David F. LaFleur of Worcester died in 1962. He was born in Worcester son of Arthur L. and Nettie A. (Cox) LaFleur.
Mr. LaFleur was an iron worker at Crompton Knowles Company for over 25 years retiring in 1979. He belonged to the R.C., CB Club, his handle was Father Francis.
He was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Church. He was also a member of the R.C. CB Club using the handle Father Francis.
A Funeral will be held Friday (November 23) from Fay Brothers Funeral Home 9 Hammond St. with a Mass at 10:30a.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Church 341 June St. Burial will be in St. Johns Cemetery. Calling Hours are Wednesday (November21) from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. In Lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society 30 Speen St. Framingham 01701
