Francis P. "Frankie" Morgan, 90, passed away peacefully at home with his children by his side on Tuesday, December 17th.
His wife Nancy J. (Emmons) Morgan died in 2022. He leaves his children Dennis F. Morgan (Louise), Diane F. Charest (Steven) and Debra F. Murphy (Kevin), his sister Mary Weir, twelve grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his daughter Dori F. Houston, brothers John B., Roderick J. & James R. Morgan and his sister Ellen G. Ostergard.
Frankie was born in Worcester, son of Roderick J. and Margaret (Bagen) Morgan. He worked at Wyman-Gordon Co. in Grafton for 41 years. He served his country in the United States Navy during the Korean Conflict aboard the U.S.S. Gilmore. He was a member of St. John's Church. He was a member and past commander of the Vernon Hill Post 435 in Worcester.
A visiting hour will be held on Monday, December 23rd from 9:30-10:30 AM in Callahan, Fay & Caswell Life Celebration Home, 61 Myrtle Street, Worcester followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00AM in St. John's Church, 40 Temple Street, Worcester. Burial with Military Honors will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
