Francis E. Pike

West Boylston: Francis E. Pike, 57 passed away on Thursday, October 26 in his home surrounded by his loving parents. 

  He leaves his parents Robert F. and Frances E. (Sousa) Pike, his siblings, Robert F. Pike, Jr. and his wife Jean of Seguin, Texas, Teresa A. Dufresne of Worcester and Patrick B. Pike of Fort Lauderdale, FL, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and cousins.

Francis was born in Worcester and graduated from St. Peter’s High School and attended Quinsigamond Community College.  He was a store manager at St. Vincent De Paul Society for many years.  He was a member of the Alhambra Knights of Columbus Council #88 and its Bishop O’Reilly 4^th Degree Assembly.  He was an avid New England sports fan and enjoyed watching the Bruins, Celtics, and New England Patriots.  Fran loved the beach and the radiant sunrises. He always enjoyed a good meal with family and friends and enjoyed collecting baseball caps.  He was a kind and giving person and had many friends.

   A visitation will be held on Thursday, November 2 from 4:00-7:00 PM in Fay Brothers Funeral Home, 1 West Boylston Street.  A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 3 at 10:00 AM in St. George’s Church, 38 Brattle Street, Worcester.  Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery, Worcester.  In Lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. George’s Church, 38 Brattle Street, Worcester, MA 01606.
