Francis Wongonzuah Nuahn Towouh

d. January 3, 2018

WORCESTER- Francis Wongonzuah Nuahn Towouh passed away on Wednesday January 3, 2018. He was the son of the late Joseph Nuahn. Francis was born in Harbel, Liberia. After surviving many years of the Liberian civil war, he moved to the USA by Resettlement.

His first job was at KFC where he worked many hours each week to afford him to get his CNA license and to buy his first car. He worked in a nursing for a little while and quickly found his passion with working with people with autism. He faithfully worked at ASA for 17 years.

Francis humbly served his family all his life...even on his dying bed, he was financially sponsoring his mother and 20%2B people in Liberia. He is survived by his children: Franklin Nuahn, Nuahntay Nuahn, Kiahtay Nuahn, Francis Nuahn, Ivy Nasanga and Ivan Kwagala and his wife, Alexandra Towouh. He is also survived by his siblings: Mary Nuahn, Edward Nuahn, Annie Nuahn Chaplain and Anthony Nuahn; many nieces and nephews, many close friends, many brothers and sisters in Christ and his coworkers and clients.

His death was unexpected but we give God the glory. Everyone who knew Francis can agree that he was the quietest and nicest person ever! He visited Israel for approximately two years where he was touched by God and he wanted God to use his voice to help others.

A funeral will be held from 8:00am until 10:00am on Saturday, January 27 at CALLAHAN~FAY~CASWELL Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle Street. Burial will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery.
