Frederick Carl Lokko

Frederick Carl Lokko, 78, passed away Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Umass Memorial Hospital - University Campus with his adoring children by his side. He was predeceased by his devoted wife, Everlove, in 2018.

Carl is survived by his three cherished children, Mercy Lokko of Worcester, Ma; Eva Lokko-Abrokwah and husband Kingsley of Worcester, Ma; and Emmanuel Lokko and wife Melissa of Millbury, Ma; nine treasured grandchildren; Angel, Shadrach, Cassandra, Rahel, Zeta, Nicholas, Andrew, Elliana, and Savanna; and a brother, Ferdinard Lokko.

Mr. Lokko was born in Accra, Ghana. He was the son of the late Comfort and Christian Lokko. While Carl began his early family life in Ghana, he eventually immigrated to the United States, namely Worcester, Massachusetts, where he built a beautiful life with his wife, two children, and eventually having a son. Before retiring in 2010, Carl worked as a technical engineer for Reed and Prince.He was a doting member of the Grace and Truth Chapel in Ashland, Ma; where Mr. Lokko formed a very special friendship with Pastor Chris Essel.

Carl loved to play soccer, enjoyed tennis, was an avid Patriots fan, and above all he took the greatest pleasure in spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are welcomed to attend the celebration of Carl's life on Saturday, April 2nd with a period of visiting hours from 8-10am in the Callahan, Fay & Caswell Life Celebration Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle St. A prayer service will start at 10 and burial will immediately follow in Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester.
