Glenda (Lewis) Auciello

Glenda E. (Lewis) Auciello, 87, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 19, 2025 at Eisenberg Assisted Living in Worcester, MA. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Ralph J. Auciello, in 2019.

Born in Bridgewater, Maine and raised in Massachusetts, Glenda graduated from Waltham High School and Chandler Secretarial School in Boston where she cultivated the skills that would lead to a long and fulfilling career. She worked for many years at Worcester Academy as an executive secretary.

Glenda was known for her creativity and artistic flair. She loved crafting, decorating, and trying anything new, and had an eye for color and style.

A devoted member of the Congregational Church of West Boylston, Glenda found strength and communion in her faith.

Glenda leaves behind three children, Mark Randall of NC, Jeff Randall and his wife Beth of NC, Heidi (Randall) Valardi and her husband David of SC; two stepchildren, Justin Auciello and his wife Monica of MA, Sarah (Auciello) Blodgett and her husband James of MA; six grandchildren, five step grandchildren; four great grandchildren; two sisters, Wanda (Lewis) Fontaine of CT and Dawn (Lewis) Bourque of MA.

Glenda's parents, Gordon and Vada (Dyer) Lewis predeceased her as did two siblings, Halston Lewis of MA and Judy (Lewis) Lavash of MA.

Family and friends are welcome to a celebration of Glenda's life with visiting on Monday, June 30 from 11:00-12:30 at Fay Brothers Life Celebration Home, 1 West Boylston Street, West Boylston. A funeral service will begin at 12:30 p.m. with burial immediately following in Mt. Vernon Cemetery, West Boylston.
