 Worcester: Gloria R. MacKay, aged 92, passed away peacefully on January 26, 2025, at the Reservoir Center for Health in Marlborough.

 Gloria is lovingly remembered by her two daughters, Claudia Hall and her husband Don and Bonnie Lee Gustafson and her husband Chad. 

 Born in Oxford, to Herbert A. and Florence (Simonian) Reed, Gloria embraced life with a passion for art and design. She cherished her visits to the Worcester Art Museum, where she delighted in the ever-changing exhibits. As a talented interior designer, she played a pivotal role in transforming the spaces of bank branches while her husband served as Vice President at the Worcester County Institute for Savings. Gloria's creative spirit left an indelible mark on many spaces throughout the community.

 A lover of the beach and family vacations in Florida, Gloria valued time spent with her loved ones. A dedicated member of the First Baptist Church in Worcester for 72 years, her faith and commitment to her community were evident throughout her life.

 Family and friends are invited to celebrate Gloria's life during a visiting hour on Friday, January 31st from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at Callahan, Fay & Caswell Life Celebration Home, 61 Myrtle Street, Worcester, followed by a service at 10:30 AM. She will be laid to rest at Rural Cemetery.
