Harry S. Zakarian

AUBURN- Harry S. Zakarian, 76, of Eddy Pond Apartments, formerly of Worcester, died Sunday, November 28. He leaves two sons, Michael of Auburn and Harry of Grafton; a brother, George S. Zakarian and his wife Carol of West Boylston; two aunts, Virginia Zakarian and Annie Kachajian, both of Worcester; his godson, Gregory Zakarian of West Boylston and several cousins. He was born in Worcester, son of Simon and Agnes (Kachajian) Zakarian and graduated from Commerce High School. Harry resided in Worcester for most of his life and also lived in Florida for a short time. He was a member of the Armenian Church of Our Saviour.
The funeral will be held on Friday, December 3 from CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle Street, with a Service at 11:00 AM at the Armenian Church of Our Saviour, 87 Salisbury Street, Worcester. Friends are invited to gather at the funeral home from 9:30-10:30 AM on Friday. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the Armenian Church of Our Saviour.
