Helvi Sanelma Grundstrom

WORCESTER, MA/SMYRNA, ME-Helvi Sanelma (Hagner) Grundstrom passed away Tuesday, July 7 in Houlton, ME.

Her beloved husband, Herbert W. Grundstrom died in 1991. She leaves two daughters, Gail and husband, Jeff Prozzo of Smyrna, ME and Lisa and husband, Jason Grundstrom-Whitney of Monmouth, ME; four grandchildren, Jennifer, Sarah, Leif and Joshua; two great grandchildren, several nieces and a nephew.

She was born in Worcester on December 13, 1918 the daughter of N. Anton and Hulda S. (Maki) Hagner and graduated from Classical High School and Becker Business College. She was a former member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Stella Chapter Order of the Eastern Star and Quinsigamond Lodge Order of Vasa.

A funeral service will be held Friday, June 10 at 1:00 PM in LINDQUIST LUNDIN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Butler St., Worcester. Interment will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
