WEST BOYLSTON-Herbert G. Larson, 79, of 150 Worcester St. died Friday, January 21, in his home.

His wife, Janet H. (Hoaglund) Larson died in 1987. He leaves two sons, Neal E. Larson of Gray, ME: and Karl A. Larson with whom he lived, a daughter, Gail L. Caruso of Riverton, NJ: a granddaughter and several nephews and nieces.

He was born in Wethersfield, CT son of Joseph O. and Helma (Lundgren) Larson. He was an Air Corp. veteran of WW II. Mr. Larson was a florist and owned and operated the Potter's Greenhouse for many years then went on to work at Flowerland Florist. He was a founding member of the Christ Lutheran Church and a member of the West Boylston Veterans of Foreign Wars Post.

The funeral will be held Wednesday, January 26, at 11:00 a.m. in the Bethlehem Bible Church, 307 Lancaster St. After cremation, burial will in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours will be Tuesday, Jan. 25 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 1 West Boylston St. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Tsunami Fund, c/o Bethlehem Bible Church, 307 Lancaster St., West Boylston, MA 01583.
