Ivan K. Borglund

Ivan K. Borglund, age 88, of Millbury, passed away on April 3, 2025, at St. Vincent Hospital following an illness.

He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 52 years, Barbara A. (Daniels) Borglund, and his brother, Rolf Borglund. Ivan is survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law, Donald and Judy Daniels of Worcester, David and Mary Daniels of Williamstown, Carol Borglund of Marlborough, along with several nieces and nephews who will cherish his memory.

Born in Worcester to Iver and Esther (Nilson) Borglund, Ivan dedicated 25 years of his life as the head shipper at Montrose Products in Auburn, retiring in 1974. His commitment to service extended beyond his career; he was an active member of the American Legion Post 435 Vernon Hill, the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 4, and the Auburn Elks. He proudly served his country in the United States Airforce during the Korean Conflict.

Ivan had a passion for fishing and treasured the moments spent with family. He was also a devoted fan of the Boston Red Sox, enjoying many games throughout his life.

In honoring Ivan's wishes, funeral services and burial at All Faiths Cemetery will be held privately.
