WORCESTER- Jacqueline A. Doyle, 71, passed away peacefully on December 5, 2020 at UMass Memorial-Marlborough Hospital after a brief illness.
She was born in Newburyport on November 2, 1949 a daughter of John and Catherine (Mitchell) Doyle. She attended local schools and graduated from Marion High School where she was awarded for the most spirit given to the school. It was during her time at Marion where Jackie met Bishop George E. Rueger who would become lifelong friends with her until his passing.
Following graduation, Jackie worked for many years in the Cafeteria at UMass Memorial Medical Center. She was special and kind beyond anyone's expectation and never forgot a face, birthday, or anniversary! She could brighten up a room like no other. We will always love you Jackie and will miss you.
She leaves behind her parents, John and Catherine Doyle of Seabrook, NH; her siblings, Thomas Doyle and Shelia of Seabrook, James Doyle and Jean of Florida and Catherine Doyle Ciullo and her husband,Thomas of Worcester; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, extended family members and many close friends. Jackie was predeceased by her brother, Timothy P. Doyle in 2006.
Family and friends will celebrate her life on Wednesday, December 9th from 9:00am until 10:30am at the Callahan, Fay and Caswell Life Celebration Home, 61 Myrtle St., Worcester. A funeral Mass will follow at 11:00am at St. George Catholic Church. 40 Brattle St., Worcester. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery.
