Jaunita F. (Giese) Irey, 64, of 1 Toronita Ave. died Tuesday (April 30) at UMASS Memorial Medical Center-Belmont St. Campus after an illness.

She leaves her husband of 27 years, Dale Irey, a son, Alan S. Pallas of Laurel, NE, a daughter, Robin K. Jasa of Worcester, two sisters, Tanice Schnier and Karen Kruseboth of Norfolk, NE, two grandchildren, nephews and nieces. She was born in Emerson, NE daughter of Henry and Winnabelle (DeMers) Giese.

She was a Dietician at Saint Francis Home for several years retiring in 2000.

She was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Holden.
